• You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any unused hours or incomplete milestones will be assessed for potential partial refunds

2. Subscription Services

For our subscription-based development services:

• 30 days written notice is required for subscription cancellations
• Pro-rata refunds may be issued for unused subscription periods
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
• Any work completed during the subscription period is non-refundable

3. Completed Work

Our policy regarding completed work:

• No refunds are provided for completed work that meets the agreed specifications
• Issues with completed work will be addressed through our support and maintenance services
• Any disputes regarding completed work must be raised within 14 days of delivery

When a refund is approved:

• You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
