- The initial project deposit (30-40% of project cost) is non-refundable
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any unused hours or incomplete milestones will be assessed for potential partial refunds
2. Subscription Services
For our subscription-based development services:
- 30 days written notice is required for subscription cancellations
- Pro-rata refunds may be issued for unused subscription periods
- No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
- Any work completed during the subscription period is non-refundable
3. Completed Work
Our policy regarding completed work:
- No refunds are provided for completed work that meets the agreed specifications
- Issues with completed work will be addressed through our support and maintenance services
- Any disputes regarding completed work must be raised within 14 days of delivery
4. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. The following situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- Force majeure events
- Significant project scope changes
- Technical limitations discovered during development
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- All disputes will be handled professionally and promptly
- Written documentation of the dispute must be provided
- We will work to find a mutually acceptable resolution
- Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation in Queensland, Australia
